  • What's the range of KAKUKA K70 per charge?
    Generally speaking, the range is about 21.7 - 43.5 miles per charge. The range is influenced by factors like cargo weight, incline, and pedal-assist levels. The LCD display will show the battery.
  • Does my height fit the KAKUKA K70?
    The recommended rider height is 5'5" - 6'5" (165cm-195cm).
  • What is an integrated battery?
    An integrated battery means battery embedded in the frame, which makes the ebike more windproof, rainproof and vapour-proof. Long-time exposure to humid environment is not suggested for maintaining your bike.
  • Is the battery removable?
    Yes, the battery is removable, you need to loosen the 3 screws on the down tube, then remove the handlebar and fork to remove the battery.
  • Where can I find an extra battery?

  • How to install KAKUKA K70?
    Your bike will arrive 80% assembled. We will provide the tools and a comprehensive assembly video so you can assemble your KAKUKA bike within 30mins even if you are a novice.
  • Can fenders be added?
    Yes, we have holes in the fork and rear fork, you can add fenders if you want.
  • How to change the limited speed?
    Long press the ▲ and ▼ buttons to access the setting interface. Press the ▲ or ▼ to adjust the speed range.
    Press and hold the [M] key to confirm.
  • On the Kakuka K70 how do you reset the ODO and TRIP?
    ODO cannot be reset. The instrument panel enters the TRIP interface, press the "▼" button and the "M" button at the same time to clear the single mileage.
  • How do I maintain the disc brakes?
    1. Adjust the calipers – Misaligned calipers cause friction through the rotor and pad rubbing. You can adjust caliper alignment using just a 5mm hex key and a rubber band.
    2. Brake pad cleaning or replacement – Using a 5mm hex key and disc brake spacer, you can remove the brake pads to clean or replace them. Use isopropyl alcohol for cleaning the pads and rotors.
    3. Rotor texturizing to restore performance – If your rotors become shiny after some months of use, you can lightly sand the rotor with 200-grit+ sandpaper until it has a dull look again.
  • How to care of the belt drive?
    It is recommended to rinse it off (just keep your sprayer away from your bike motor), or wipe it down with a sponge, or use the toothbrush (especially if there’s gunk in the belt’s teeth). Just get any obvious debris and buildup off the chain and you should be good to go. Your belt never needs lubricant and it won't rust.
