Order Processing Times

For In-stock orders, we will confirm the order before 6pm GMT+8 (Mon.-Fri.), and send it out within 1-2 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the package has shipped, typically in 1-2 business days.

The shipping time usually takes 5-7 business days, depends on local delivery speed and weather, which we cannot fully control.

When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website.

You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the status by enter your tracking number through "Order Tracker"

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We usually ship by DPD / UPS / GLS / DHL, but not limited to these.

 

Shipping Change & Order Cancellation

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will get in touch with you immediately. Your order could be modified or refunded only before we ship out the item.

  • Before shipping

Cancel order: If you want to cancel the order within 2 hours, the processing fee will not be charged.

Change address: If you want to change address that haven't entered the shipping process yet, the processing fee will not be charged.

Exchanges: If you does not place a new order or the total amount is significantly less than the original order, a handling fee of 10% of the original order will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

  • After shipping

Cancel order: We can’t cancel for you once the order has been shipped. Please wait patiently until parcel arrived, you may can choose to keep it or apply for return and refund. More specific details here Return & Refund

Change address: If you successfully change your address, extra fee will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, we do not accept any risk arising from incorrect addresses. Please check your delivery address carefully when you place your order.

Taxes / Duties

KAKUKA covers taxes for customers from the United State and other European countries. If a package were to be checked by the customs office of other uncovered countries, customers have to cover the import duties, tariffs, and taxes.

In addition, some products may require a special license or permit to import. KAKUKA is not responsible for products confiscated by customs in the country where the customer is located.

Customs vary from country to country, please comment while you are placing the order about the requirements, we will support as much as possible.

 

Shipment Delay 

Most cases of delays will be caused by holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. If you need any additional help, please contact our customer service.

 

Missing items & Damaged items

If you haven't received your package within the standard delivery times, or the package has been received by stranger. Please contact our service team for assistance in 3 business days. We will assist you in providing logistic vouchers to the logistics company.( DHL/DPD/UPS)

If you received the damaged/wrong items, please contact us without any hesitation. It would be appreciated that notify us of any missing item or mistake within 3 business days of receiving the order so that we would effectively make it right for you.
