As a rule, a responsible company will not normally accept product returns due to a change of mind by the customer. If you would like to cancel your purchase, the handling fee is 5% of the total amount of the order.
Your order will be processed within 2 hours. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and one of our relevant staff will contact you immediately. Kindly note that your order can only be amended or refunded before we dispatch your order, please consider carefully before purchasing to ensure you select the right item.
If your order has been shipped and we are no longer able to cancel or amend it, you will need to wait patiently for your parcel to arrive, or you can choose to keep it or contact us to return it for a refund.
In the event of a change of address, it is best to send us a message as soon as possible, for example by responding to the order confirmation. We will correct the address if possible. Otherwise, we normally get the package back from the delivery person and send a new package to the correct address.
If it is out of stock or other reasons for temporarily unable to deliver, we will contact you in time and will not cancel your order without authorization. In the event that your order was suddenly cancelled, odds are that our fraud analysis marked your request as fraudulent. If you are certain that is not true, if it's not too much trouble, please order again.
For In-stock orders, we will confirm the order before 6pm GMT+8 (Mon.-Fri.), and send it out within 1-2 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the package has shipped, typically in 1-2 business days.

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. You can enter the Order Tracker on the home page to check the logistic.
If something is still missing, please contact us immediately.
The tax will be included on shipping fee if necessary.
Your package will be shipped 1-2 business days after your order was received.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Usually, we will ship out the package within 1-2 business days.
Shipping to the Continental United States(Except Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Islands, Military Area): Expected time 3-7 business days
Shipping to EU: Expected time 2-7 business days
Shipping to the UK: Expected time 8-17 business days

All returns are subject to the following conditions in order for us to process your refund effectively:
The product may be returned within 14 days of delivered date in unused and unopened condition. Items not in these conditions will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for returning the item in its original packaging.
The ustomer is responsible for return shipping fees, and these will be withheld from the total refund amount. A 10% restocking fee will be withheld from the refund.
The customer will be responsible for any damages during the return process due to their negligence resultingin a deduction in the total refund.
Refunds will be ssued within 7-10 business days from the time the returned item is received.
In order to initiate a return, contact service@kakuka.com within 14 days of delivered date. Parts, accessories, and batteries do not qualify for returns.

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
Kakuka offers ONE YEAR (365 days) warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials from the date of purchase. If there are any manufacturing defects when the E-bike is fresh out of the package (not common), we are responsible for troubleshooting, and sending replacement parts to repair your bike and get you rolling ASAP.
